It seems like just about everything around us today is super sized. The foods we purchase in grocery stores and restaurants are growing in portion size, as are the houses we’re trying to buy. Everywhere we go, we see products, services, and ideas that just seem – well – over the top.
Working hard to achieve great goals is one thing. Working hard to keep the things you’ve earned is another – and it’s enough to make even the best person anxious from time to time. There is, however, a huge difference between a little bit of life anxiety and a gigantic, super sized anxiety attack.
That latter type – the super sized verison – is exactly what we’re talking about here. Monstrous anxiety panic attacks may happen once in a blue moon, or they may attack you regularly. Regardless of the frequency, they disrput your life – knocking you off track and causing you to put your life on hold while you wait for the next attack to occur.
What exactly is anxiety? Simply put, anxiety is definied as a state of heightened emotion. The problem is that the emotion in question isn’t generally a good emotion. Emotions like worry, fear, and dread can all lead to anxiety. Think of it as a sense of uneasiness multiplied to super-hero proportions, suddenly able to leap past a regular level of anxiety to something completely unreal.
Extremely high levels of anxiety usually develop into what are described as panic attacks. Panic, simply defined, is a sudden sense of fear. That sudden sense of fear quickly multiplies and grows until you have a gigantic, super sized ball of fear on your hands. Your normal sense of worry suddenly feels like a sense of impending doom. A tiny sense of dread morphs into a sense of fear you are constantly anticipating – whether you have a reason to or not.
All of these feeling are connected. The fact that you have panic symptoms doesn’t make you strange, weird, or abnormal. It only means that your body has a harder time fighting its natural fight or flight emotion – a harder time than those around you. It only means you need a little help.
You don’t, however, necessarily need medications or psychologists. What you do need is to learn how to control your feelings of anxiety so that you can bring yourself back to a normal emotional level whenever you feel things becoming stressful. Panic Away is designed to teach you how to do just that – by teaching you about the changes in your body that cause panxiety panic attacks and then how to reverse or prevent those changes.
Panic Away takes a unique approach in that you won’t be given a list of things to do once a panic attack starts – you can find that information for free all over the web. What this program will teach you, on the other hand, is how to identify the problems before they lead you down the viscious spiral you’re so used to. This type of panic treatment, like most other prevention-style treatments, teaches you how to deal with panic before it happens – not after.
Panic Away has been designed to help you regain control of your life. No longer will you feel out of control. Your future is in your hands – as it should be.
